Q: How would you describe yourself as a therapist?
P: I would describe myself as kind, a good listener, someone who has a strong belief in the dignity of every person.
Q: What’s your favorite family recipes? Will you share it?
P: Sesame Ginger Salmon – brush Lowry’s sesame ginger marinade on salmon; bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees – have it with cauliflower rice and green veggie of choice – easy, healthy, and delicious!
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
P: I feel pulled to the outdoors all the time. I find peace and quiet hiking by myself or with friends, skiing, biking, fly-fishing, and kayaking. Being in nature helps me feel close to my soul.
Q: What is LIV to you?
P: LIV has been an organization that advocates for its clients. Q: What is your favorite thing to do for self-care? P: I’ve made yoga, daily meditation, and hiking a priority. I recently started journaling again, adding an extra layer of self-care during COVID, and making it a point to reach out to friends.
