Q: What is Case Management to you?
M: It’s connecting with the person I’m working with and discovering their needs, then working with them to meet those needs.
Q: What’s your favorite family recipe? Will you share?
M: I do not have a family recipe, but I do like making jalapeno poppers and other recipes I find on Pinterest.

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
M: During the pandemic, I have really gotten into binge-watching TV series and movies.
Q: Favorite thing to do for self-care?
M: I enjoy getting out of town with my wife and my two dogs to spend time at our cabin. It’s very relaxing and the dogs love it because they are free to run and explore.
Q: What advice would you give to someone struggling with the pandemic, mental health, or basic needs?
M: Know you are not alone. Reach out to loved ones or friends and ask for help when you need it. There are many resources in the community and lots of people willing to help.
Q: What is LIV to you?
M: LIV has brought hope back to my life. LIV is staffed with some of the most incredible caring individuals that work as a team to support our participants and each other.
