Q: How would you describe yourself as a therapist?
T: Hum… I would say that I tend to be pretty interactive overall, open, and genuine in my interactions. I work to understand the multifaceted identities my clients hold and strive to be real with them, and like to challenge them when appropriate and want them to feel heard and as though they are making meaningful growth in their lives.
Q: What’s your favorite family recipe? Will you share?
T: Tie between enchiladas and Mexican wedding cookies… I don’t have a favorite recipe for either, I tend to just eat them!
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
T: Any type of family gathering is my #1 past-time but I am also an avid sports fan and keep tabs on all things competitive.
Q: What is LIV to you?
T: LIV is a strong, resourceful, caring, and connected organization that strives to better the lives of patients and employees in a well-rounded, and intentionally thoughtful manner.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do for self-care?
T: Exercise, I work out 7 days a week!
