Q: What’s your favorite family recipe? Will you share?

C: I have many favorite family recipes. My favorite one would have to be my mom’s chili. I would give the recipe but I can never remember it!

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?

C: I love to spend my free time crocheting, watching movies with my husband, and spending time with my puppy.

Q: Favorite thing to do for self-care?

C: My favorite thing to do for self-care is crocheting gifts for my family and friends.

Q: What advice would you give to someone struggling with the pandemic, mental health, or basic needs?

C: 4. My advice would be to reach out to your support systems and community. We have so many community supports in Cheyenne and I’d let them know that you are not alone.

Q: What is LIV to you?

C: I have been at LIV for a short time but I am very impressed with the compassion and dignity that every staff member provides clients and each other. LIV is a place that cares for its clients and staff members and exhibits the best values of social work. It reminds me every day why I joined this profession.
