Meet Angela

Meet Angela. Angela Condit is a Therapist on our Northern Colorado team. She is a compassionate and caring social worker who is skilled in working with the older adult population in medical social work, mental health, and patient advocacy. Take a look into who she is as a therapist and what she likes to do in her free time!
Q: How would you describe yourself as a therapist?
A: I am a clinical social worker, I approach each client from a strength-based, solution-focused perspective. My toolbox contains elements from CBT, DBT, and I am learning more about ACT to incorporate into my work with clients. I am open, honest, caring, and compassionate, and I want to assist my clients in obtaining a self-identified quality of life that they aspire to have.
Q: What’s your favorite family recipe? Will you share?
A: My father immigrated from Italy, and I learned to cook traditional Italian food from Nonna! The recipes are all in my head, but I’d be glad to share a meal!
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
A: I enjoy spending time with my partner, talking, working around our house and yard, watching classic TV shows. I also enjoy spending time with my family and my two furry friends – my dog Suki and cat Emi.
Q: What is LIV to you?
A: LIV is an opportunity – for clients to gain an improved quality of life, for me to assist clients and grow my skills as a therapist.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do for self-care?
A: I love taking a leisurely hot bubble bath with soft music, candles, and a glass of wine.
