LIV Health is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team!
A Master’s of Social Work from an accredited social work program by the Council of Social Work Education with licensure.
We will supervise provisionally licensed.
This position provides assessment and treatment of mental health issues, including emotional or social disorders, and may use a variety of methods for the treatment of those disorders.
The treatments will be provided in person or virtually in private residences, assisted living facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and clinic locations.
The duties include working on an interdisciplinary team having four service lines: medical, mental health, case management, and community caregiving. We specialize in treating chronically ill, geriatric, and disabled individuals.
The position is a hybrid position and will be both in-person and virtually.
